Industry leader in application integration partners with clinivation to enable rapid integration of clinivation Global software with ERP and CM systems.
Framingham, MA, May 10, 2005 – clinivation, Inc. announced today a partnership with InterSystems Corporation to enable rapid integration of clinivation Global 2.0 Regulatory Process Automation Software with our customers’ Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) and Content Management (“CM”) systems using the InterSystems Ensemble Universal Integration Platform.
InterSystems provides innovative, high performance software platforms that enable rapid application development, integration, and deployment for IT organizations and independent software vendors.
InterSystems’ Ensemble is a comprehensive integration platform that uniquely incorporates the functionality of an integration server, an application server, a high performance object database, and a unified development and management environment in a single, seamless product.
“We are pleased to have entered into a partnership with InterSystems Corporation, and we believe this partnership will deliver many benefits to our customers,” said Phil Welton, clinivation’s Chief Technology Officer. “The demand for information-sharing and application integration is continuing to increase. Our partnership with InterSystems allows us to focus on our core business while leveraging the strengths of a leading application integrator,” he continued.
In addition to enhancing clinivation Global’s ability to automate the worldwide regulatory approval process, the partnership also provides additional benefits to clinivation customers. The ability to integrate to either a single ERP system or multiple ERP systems improves data quality while reducing labor-intensive and time-consuming data entry. The InterSystems Ensemble integration technology takes application integration to the next level by enabling organizations to rapidly implement new business solutions that leverage the functionality of existing applications and orchestrate new business processes.
“InterSystems is very pleased with clinivation’s selection of Ensemble as the underlying integration platform for its ERP, CM, and other integration initiatives,” said Trevor Matz, InterSystems Managing Director for Ensemble. “The combination of Ensemble’s power with the advanced capabilities provided by clinivation Global software will prove to be very attractive to medtech manufacturers seeking to accelerate worldwide growth,” he continued.
